Recently, College Chefs teamed up with eCreamery and Director of Operations Chef Jared Bost personalized 10 different types of ice cream geared towards house directors, chefs, and College Chefs.”They provide a superior product, which we believe fits right into our repertoire,” Jared stated, “The feedback we received from chefs, house directors and students alike, was outstanding. Everyone had a lot of fun tasting and showing off the ice cream.”

Our very own Chefs Jared Bost and Scott Bachman are participating in the upcoming Artisan Cup & Fork Competition on October 23 and have teamed up with Triple S Farms, along with Brackett Farm and Rolling Meadows Brewery, to create a signature dish. They were featured on WCIA’s CI Living demonstrating the Bacon Wrapped Potato Bombs they made with Triple S Farm’s bacon. Okay so our chefs don't need recipes to provide the ridiculously good fraternity dining experience that we're known for.  But every now and then they'll look to inspiration and in this case Chef Matt Norris, Chef for the men of Sigma Nu at Oregon, did just that.  These Banh Mi sandwiches came right out of the College Chefs' cookbook.  


This is what fraternity dining looks like when you have College Chefs.
