Ridiculously Good Food starts with Ridiculously Good People

Ridiculously Good Food starts with Ridiculously Good People

At College Chefs we want to be the best possible vendor to our customers and the best possible employer to our Chefs and supporting staff.

Our goal is simple:  We want our employees and our customers to love us.  We know we're not perfect but with love comes great communication and the ability to overcome any challenge that presents itself to the relationships that we hold so dear to our customers & employees.

To better serve our fraternity & sorority customers, this past Summer we have restructured our Operations Team significantly to help us better achieve that goal.

He father was an executive chef in Switzerland and ate a heavy, traditional, European diet. Her mom ate a “high maintenance” vegan diet in Key West. Going back and forth with the different lifestyles gave Kyla a good mix.

Cooking is a natural thing for Chef Dean Chadwick at Gamma Phi Beta at UC Berkley, who learned how to cook when his parents were busy with work. At fifteen he worked in a restaurant where the chef was so inspirational, he was motivated to make a career out of cooking. He eventually moved to Orange County and attended the Art Institute of California. He later moved to the central coast of California and experienced the culture of good local produce, wine, and food. He cooked in an American/Californian style French restaurant wile finishing business school.
