As stated on their website, "The Fraternal House Directors Conference is the premier opportunity for fraternity and sorority House Directors and House Corporation staff and volunteers to gain valuable skills and keep up with the issues that impact them in today's ever changing campus environment."

Sweets & Snacks Expo

This past week, a College Chefs team had the opportunity to attend the Sweets & Snacks Expo hosted by the National Confectioners Association in Chicago, Illinois along with over 16,000 other professionals. With over 700 companies and 90 countries participating in the event FOUR ACRES of candy and snacks filled McCormick Place. The team witnessed some of the top new, innovative snacks in the industry.

College Chefs sponsors Jr. FIRST Lego League team

“Earlier this month, College Chef’s was the proud sponsor of Chef Feaster’s Jr. FIRST Lego League team. […] The program, hosted locally by the Kaleidoscope Discovery Center, is an international program of the pioneering engineering firm FIRST, inventors of the Segway and countless other innovative products. […] Jr. FIRST Lego League is an unprecedented program, encouraging effective team building and great engineering skills, as well as keeping imaginations active with the eternally fun classic toy, Legos. Gyros: A Major Key

They don’t want you to eat ridiculously good food that’s as great for your body as it is for your tastebuds. Stay away from them. College Chefs overcomes. If you’re a fan of the popular app Snapchat, you’ve probably viewed to DJ Khaled’s famously inspirational account, where he dishes the inside secrets of success. Now, I’m not saying he explicitly said Gyros made by College Chef’s Chef Matthew are a major key to success, but I’m also not saying he didn’t say that. Regardless of DJ Khaled’s opinions of our gyros, anyone with tastebuds can confirm, they’re a major key.

Wing Philanthropy

The Chefs at the University of Florida recently had the chance to to branch outside of their regular fraternity meal plans. The Interfraternity Council at the University of Florida hosted its annual philanthropy Chicken Wing Charity Thing.  College Chefs was able to participate through several of the chapters it serves.
