Sorority & Fraternity Food: Some Highlights from Fall 2016

Sorority & Fraternity Food: Some Highlights from Fall 2016

Another year has come and gone! In 2016 our Chefs created literally tens of thousands of #RidiculouslyGood dishes for our sorority & fraternity customers.  Our Chefs love that they have autonomy and can create a unique menu for the chapter that they head up -- and our sorority & fraternity customers love it too.

In this blog are just a few highlights from the past semester.

Chef Matt and Sous Chef Ryan for the women of the Delta Zeta sorority at Purdue University
Classic Breaded Pork Tenderloin with Apple Cider Coleslaw

Chef Orion and his team for the Sigma Kappa sorority at University of Arizona

Double Chocolate Cupcakes

Chef Lisa for the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority at the University of Kentucky
Home Style Beef Pot Roast

Chef Mike at the Zeta Tau Alpha sorority -- University of Rhode Island
Grilled Boneless Pork Chops with a Ginger Pear Glaze

Chef Catarina and Sous Chef Erin for the men of the Kappa Sigma fraternity at the University of Florida

Tandoori Chicken, Cilantro Chickpea Salad, Basmati Rice, Cucumber Raita, and Toasted Naan
