Spring Is a Time for Lighter Fare

Put away your hoodies and chili recipes. It's time for shorts and springtime eats! 

Here are just a few of the fresh foods our College Chefs have on their shopping lists:

Asparagus
Avocados
Carrots
Chives
Lemons
Lettuces
Mangoes
Peas
Pineapple
Potatoes
Spinach
Strawberries

We use fresh fruits and vegetables like these extensively in our menus, and we eliminate processed foods as much as possible. We only make the best possible foods for our Greeks, so from main courses to desserts, every ingredient plays an important role. And our chefs often shop local when it's an option.
