Meet The Dream Team -- Delta Gamma at the University of Oklahoma

Yes you heard right...The Dream Team, dream team of chefs that is!

These three young chefs are taking over the kitchen at the Delta Gamma House at the University of Oklahoma with their creative style, sharp presentation, and delicious food combinations. 

There's no doubt that "the dream team" are exactly on point with the College Chefs vision and leading an excellent example of how and what the Greek food industry should look like.

But hey, don't let me do all the talking, check the article that College Chefs very own Scott Bachman (supervisor) wrote...Scott also supervises their area and knows them personally.


We are proud to introduce the College Chefs crew in the Delta Gamma kitchen at the University of Oklahoma! Head Chef Ian McKinstry (right), Sous Chef Martin Orlino (left), and Prep Cook Extraordinaire Aaron Rhodes (middle). Ian and Martin both hail from California. They have paired up in Oklahoma with College Chefs by chance. Aaron is a tremendous all-around help in the kitchen and can get any job done. Martin is a trustworthy sous chef who is constantly expanding his culinary skill set. Chef Ian has been immersed in the food service world since the age of 14. His father, a culinary school graduate of Columbia, California raised him in the kitchen and gave Ian catering opportunities at an early age. He has also gained experience from many  other chefs in many different restaurants over the years. The trick, Ian says, is to always be open minded and continue to learn.


These chefs have been putting out more beautiful and creative food for the DG girls than there is room to show or list here. The dinner menu featured here (below) was created for a small group of house mothers in the Oklahoma area to promote the College Chefs concept. 

Below are photos of a delicious and fresh looking focaccia sandwich, plated mac & cheese balls, and an Asian inspired chicken salad dragon roll (The guys were having some creative fun). The work Chef Ian and his crew have done this year is a model example of what this company is all about. Thank you and keep up the great work chefs!
