College Chefs’ very own Chef David Craig’s Protein Pancakes


After consulting with College Chefs’ owner, Chef Kevin Gadus, supervisor Chef David Craig came up with his own protein pancakes which offer a richer source of fat that holds in micronutrients to your cells. Chef Craig utilized various organic & wholesome ingredients, supplemented by In.Power Organic Whey Protein &Skinny Fat sourced from our friends and the experts at Calton Nutrition.

Cottage Cheese, Cinnamon and Cayenne Breakfast Protein Pancakes with sweet Cinnamon Yogurt.

Ingredients.

2 ¼ Cups Coconut Flour

2 Cups Toasted Shredded Organic Unsweetened Coconut

3 scoops In-Power Protein Powder

3 tsp Baking Soda

36 Free-Range, Pastured, Non-GMO Eggs

2 cups Skinny Fat

4 cups Organic Cottage Cheese

1 Tbsp Stevia

1½ tsp. Organic Cayenne Pepper

3 tsp Organic Cinnamon

1 Tsp Salt .Ground Black Pepper.

Yogurt.

2 cups Full Fat Organic Yogurt

1 tsp Organic Cinnamon

1 Tbsp Stevia



Method

Sift all Dry Ingredients Together

Add Eggs and Skinny Fat. Whisk Thoroughly.

Fold in Cottage Cheese.

Cook on a hot griddle oiled with Skinny Fat. 3oz Ladle

Cook until golden brown. Flip.
