Happy Food Cookbook is gluten free, also free from processed sugars, butter, soy, corn, canola oil and each recipe has the option to be dairy free. There are over 80 recipes with inexpensive and easy to find ingredients. These quick recipes are for beginners to advance cooks, with breakfast, dips and sauces, entrees, sides and bread and, of course, desserts. I like to eat and feel good, so this book is a direct representation of how I eat in my daily life. I have lost over 40 lbs eating this way and have rid myself of many symptoms.
